Privacy Policy

CardsNest helps users browse credit cards, compare rewards, and track their own wallet, annual fees, and statement credits.

Information stored on your device

CardsNest stores the following information locally on your device:

• Cards you add to your wallet
• Card nicknames, if you choose to enter them
• Last four digits, if you choose to enter them
• Open dates, if you choose to enter them
• Notes, if you choose to enter them
• Statement credit checklist status
• Language and appearance preferences
• Anonymous analytics consent preference

CardsNest does not require an account and does not connect to your bank accounts.

Anonymous analytics

CardsNest may ask whether you want to share anonymous card selection analytics to help improve the app. If you decline, analytics are not sent. The current app configuration keeps the analytics endpoint disabled unless a backend is configured in a future release.

If enabled and you opt in, CardsNest is designed to send only:

• Anonymous install ID
• Event name, such as card added or card removed
• Card ID
• Wallet card count
• App version
• Timestamp

CardsNest is designed not to send:

• Card numbers
• Last four digits
• Card nicknames
• Open dates
• Notes
• Names or email addresses
• Location
• Bank login credentials

You can turn anonymous analytics on or off in Settings.

Referral and application links

Some application links may be referral links. If you apply through a referral link and are approved, the app developer may receive compensation from the issuer. CardsNest shows a disclosure before opening referral links.

For cards without referral links, CardsNest may open the issuer's official website. Offers, benefits, fees, bonuses, and eligibility rules can change, so you should verify all details directly with the issuer before applying.

Third-party websites

CardsNest may link to issuer websites or other third-party sites. Those sites are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

Children's privacy

CardsNest is not intended for children under 13.
